We believe leadership is, first of all, about loving people. Our leaders are not here to control people or to “lord it over others,” but to love and serve one another like Jesus served His disciples. Leadership is not about being someone's moral policeman, but to release people into greater godliness through grace flowing in the church. We lead by God's kindness, which in turn leads to repentance.
CCI leaders honor the culture of the house, and work to create momentum in the direction of God's vision. God called Rob and Glenda to plant CCI to “establish a move of the holy spirit in Hong Kong that touches the nations of the world.” We believe that a strong leadership team can empower people to live Kingdom-centered lives, which releases God's power and revolutionize Hong Kong and the world!
